Apply Kari Bango (Temporary Plate No)
Location: Syakusyo (City-hall Office)
Document(s):
a) Jibaiseki keta (compulsory insurance)
b) Yuushutsu massho (export certificate)
c) Menkyou (driving licence – sapa2 pun boleh)
d) Hanko driver – sapa yg apply
Isi form (bercarbon), bayar kat kaunter Y750, then dpt kari bango (berpalang merah!)
Note: Bila nak return the plate no, just submit the plate sekali dengan resit masa dapat masa amik kari bango tu. Kena pulang within 5 days kot!.

Massho Keta – Nak Apply Export Certificate
Location: Car Registration Office
Document(s):
a) inkan certificate – get from syakusho
b) hanko owner keta
c) syaken original
d) no plate keta (kena tanggalkan sendiri)
Note: Time ni, original syaken will be taken. So better scan or buat photocopy syaken tu byk2...
1. Gi main counter, nanti dia akan bg form and slip (kena ikut no counter kat dlm nnt).
2. Ikut no counter – beli stem Y350, isi form, pulangkan plate no.
3. Then back to the main kaunter, isi form, dia process and dapat Export Certificate!

Tukar nama owner keta
Location: Car Registration Office
Documents:
a) form parking from police (yg dpt dr balai b4 this)
b) hanko new owner
c) hanko previous owner
d) inkan certificate (new owner) – before tu kena gi amik cert ni kat syakusyo (city-hall ofis)
e) inkan certificate previous owner
f) form tukar nama – amik kat ofis pendaftaran kereta (form kaler red utk keta biasa, form hijau for kei car)
Gi car registration office, kat main kaunter, the person akan bg form and slip (ikut no counter u hv to go – kat bhgn dlm).
a) Counter 8 – beli stem Y500
b) Counter 13 – beli form Y26
c) Counter 10 – isi form
Then balik to the main kaunter. Bg form tadi, then dia proses and bagi new syaken (with the new owner’s name).

This entry (dan yg seterusnya) is all about the procedures.
Macam2... stat dgn cam na nak beli keta, nak tukar nama owner keta, nak massho keta (nak export), nak apply kari bango (temporary plate no keta) and nak apply AP keta.
Selalu bila tanya kat org lain, majority dah tak ingat.. so better i buat mcm ni for my own references nanti (since I have to go thru all these procedures 2 kali lagi... huhuhu...)
Apply Parking
In my case, since I stay kat kaikan (hostel universiti), so proses dia lain dry g stay kat luar kot.
1. Apply parking space dari gidai. Document yg perlu:
a) copy menkyou (driving license – international @ Japan)
b) copy shaken keta (yg lama pun tak pe)
c) estimate self-insurance (buat kat internet jek)
Then, gidai akan bg form showing the location (space) utk tpt parking. This form kena submit sekali masa nak apply parking kat police nanti.
2. Beli stem ‘hasil’ (tak sure exact name stem tu sbb lain org bgtau lain nama – ada mcm2 version!). Beli kat bank Y2700 (Y2000 + Y500 + Y200).
3. Apply parking kat police station.
Documents:
a) form parking from gidai
b) form parking from police – amik kat balai je
c) hanko
time ni kena tampal stem tu (Yen2000 + Yen500) kat form tu.
Nanti polis bg kertas bila boleh collect the form tu semula (normally it takes about 4-5 days gak).
On the day amik form tu, kena tampal stem Yen200 pulak.

Ni la collection Noritake mummy.. everytime nak beli, mesti Syasya sound tak kasik beli lagi.. Wokeh!..wokeh!.. my dear.. after dis mummy tak beli lagi...
So this entry akan menyedarkan aku not to buy Noritake anymore!!!!...
Ini semua pun nak hantar balik... dah penuh rumah ooo...
Tu tak kira lagi set Arcopal yg dah boleh buat kenduri!!!... aiyyooo... apa nak buat ni???

Today beday daddy.. nothing special. Everything dah buat in-advanced.. dah potong cake de day before... celebrate pun awal...
then gi makan kat Nile baru during the weekend.. round2 cuci mata...
13 Feb we have Syasya punya school orientation... so pergi la school dia.. Saizu shougakko...
We went to played ice-skating kat Aqua Park, Kashiwazaki twice. 1st time was on 31 Jan, gi dengan Im and Sofea. Babah taught Syasya how to play... 1..2..3..4...slide... hehehe... terror budak 2 org tu main ice-skating... then 2nd time was on 11 Feb. Time tu public holiday, so kat Aqua Park tu ada la matsuri... show n flea market.

Tokyo lagi...
|

26 Dec!!!.. my birthday!.... After progress presentation with the NUT president, we decided to go to Tokyo... packing.. call kak Wan, then we drive to Tokyo petang tu jugak. Bertolak around 3 pm from Nagaoka. Dengan snow tengah turun.. we faced ribut salji otw... the worst part is kat area Yuzawa.. dengan tak nampak jalan.. kitaorang drive slowly... last2 it takes us 10 hours gak to arrive Chiba.. fuh!.. what a tired journey!..
Memula daddy drive, but bila nak masuk Tokyo, mummy pulak drive sebab daddy nak baca navi!
Xtvt kat sana.. apa lagi.. memula gi shopping kat Costco, then gi textile town kat Nippori, round2 Shinjuku.. round Saitama.. Chiba.. bla...bla..bla...
Kak wan buat open house on Tuesday.. dia invited kawan2 dia kat Gyoutoku.. get new network!...mmg berbaloi!... hehehe...
Tup tap.. dah Wednesday!... nak kena balik laaa.. lagi pun dah byk shop tutup!... so balik Nagaoka on 31st Dec tu... otw accidently terjumpa Indian Halal restaurant kat Saitama... apa lagi.. tabehodai la sampai nak kenyang!... sampai Nagaoka pukul 2 am...

On 30 Nov, ada Msian Nite... student UiTM Perlis dtg Nagaoka. So MADINA buat farewell party for them.
Hoikuen Syasya punya concert on 6 & 7 Dec.
